Purchases at the website (card or PayPal payment method)
You can contact us by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the email you use at Domestika, the order ID and the reason for the refund.
Purchases at the app
Payments on iOS or Android are processed through Apple and Google Play. Therefore, to request a refund for a purchase made through the app, you must contact the corresponding support team.
