You can request an exchange up to 14 days from the date of purchase, or from the date of the course's publication (if the purchase was made during the pre-sale period).*
If you have purchased the course with Plus credits, you can also request an exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase.
If you have received a course as a gift, you can request an exchange up to 14 days from the date that you redeemed your gift code, or from the date of the course's publication (if you redeemed the gift during the pre-sale period).
To do this please contact us through our form and don't forget to include the following:
- The email associated with your Domestika profile.
- The exact name of the course that you want to exchange.
- The exact name of the new course that you'd like to begin.
- The reason why you’d want a change of course.
It is very important that you include this information when you contact us requesting your change of course, as it will be easier and faster for us to process the change, this way you will be able to enjoy your new course as soon as possible.
Also, please make sure you choose the correct course that you'd like to begin, because you will only be able to request a course change once.
There are some exceptions to be considered when requesting a change of course, these are:
- It is not possible to change a subscription for another course or courses, nor vice versa.
- It is only possible to exchange one individual course for another. You cannot exchange one course for two or more.
- It is not possible to exchange a course for a mentored course nor vice versa.
*We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to limit or deny change requests in cases where we believe there is an abuse of our policies.
