If you try to apply a discount code to your order and it does not apply, please check:
- Terms of the code or promotion: make sure your application meets the terms of use. You can see this information in the email we send informing you about the discount or promotion.

Expiration date: in limited-time promotions, the expiration date is indicated, either by a time counter directly on the site or in the email we send you. Remember that the time is usually expressed in UTC, so we recommend that you check the difference with your local time to enjoy it in time.

Correct code: It may sometimes happen that when we write/paste the code, we make a mistake. As such, we please recommend that you copy and paste the code as it appears in the email (without any spaces neither before nor after the code and with all hyphens included). This way all issues can be avoided.
Please make sure that you are entering the right code in the correct site, depending on whether it is a discount code or a gift code (gift codes have the following format XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX, if you have a different one then it would be a discount code).
