If you have problems opening or loading the Domestika app, we ask you to try the following:
- Check your connection: We recommend connecting to Wi-Fi because if the connection is not stable, the app will not load correctly.
- Update the app*: Go to your App Store (Apple) or Google Play Store (Android) and check if there is an update for the Domestika app. If there is, please update it and try to load the app again.
- Uninstall and reinstall: If there is no update available, we will ask you to please uninstall the Domestika app and reinstall it and try to access it again.
*Please note that the Domestika app is compatible and functional with an Operating System higher than iOS 13 or Android 8. If your device has a previous version than those mentioned above, it won't be possible to update it.
If you are still having problems accessing the app after following the suggestions mentioned above, we kindly invite you to use our contact form to provide us with detailed information about the issue you are experiencing. If possible, please send us a screenshot or a video recording showing the problem (the app keeps loading, shows an error message, etc).
