Before posting a job offer, please carefully review our guidelines to ensure that the offer complies with them:
- Make sure to fill in all the fields in the form. Please, avoid using all caps in the job title and in the job description. On the internet, writing in all caps is the written equivalent of shouting, which could be considered rude.
- Complete your profile including details of your business activity, professional background, etc. Don't forget to add an image that identifies you or an image of your company's logo. A complete profile helps to build trust in the potential candidates who will read your job offer.
- Offers of employment cannot be posted anonymously, therefore you must include the name of your company (or your first and last name if it is a personal offer).
- Be specific about the job opportunity you are advertising for. Unclear, vague or very generic offers will not be accepted. You don't have to write a novel, but it is important to provide as many details as possible.
- In the section How to apply, you must enter your business email address.
- If the tasks and job functions advertised cover two or more positions, we cannot publish the vacancy, in which case we suggest you publish each offer separately.
- When advertising for an internship position, it is necessary to indicate the payment conditions. Please, make sure that the pay you are offering matches the tasks and responsibilities outlined in the job description and the hours of work.
- The experience requested for the position should always be in accordance with the job title. For example, previous experience and responsibilities without supervision should not be requirements for an internship placement.
- Only job vacancies with an imminent start date can be published. If you are looking for suppliers, partners or collaborators for prospective jobs, please use the Collaborations section.
- Offers from companies that manage employment for third parties will only be accepted if the vacancy in question is for a specific position and if both the name and the website of the employing company are included. Without this information, we cannot publish the offer.
- On-site freelance offers are not acceptable. If you wish to post a freelance offer, the position must be remote for it to be accepted.
- Discriminatory offers (age, gender, nationality, etc.) are illegal and a strong reason for account termination, therefore we strongly advise you not to try to post such offers.
- Be considerate and fair. The remuneration offered has to be in line with the job description. Offers that we don't consider including a suitable salary won't be published.
- Working on commission without a fixed salary is considered collaboration and so please post these kinds of offers in the Collaboration section of the website.
- You can edit your offer while it is still under review, but once it has been published you will not be able to edit it. You can close or delete the offer directly from your profile at any time.
- If you wish to republish the same offer for the same position, you need to wait at least 15 days from the date of publication of the previous offer. Even if the original one has been deleted/closed, you will have to wait for this length of time before you can post the offer again.
- At our sole discretion, we reserve the right not to publish any vacancy that we consider to be unsuitable to appear on our Jobs board.
