Profiles created on Domestika are in the public domain. Therefore, any information you add to your Domestika profile can be viewed from any of the search engines (Google, Yahoo, etc). This information is detailed in the Domestika Privacy Policy, that is displayed before you create your profile.
If you don't want this information to be visible to others, we recommend that you edit your Domestika profile and only add the information you would like to share.

If you would like this information to be completely removed from the search engines, you can do so by deleting your Domestika profile. Please note, that once you have deleted your profile it will no longer be possible to access the courses on the platform. In addition, all the data and images you have uploaded, such as your profile picture, cover, etc, will be deleted, as well as the sitemap that is made available to search engines so that they know what content to index.

Take into account that this process is not immediate and may take some time to become effective while search engines remove those web pages that no longer exist from their system.
