If you are in Mexico, Colombia or Brazil, you can choose to use local payment methods such as paying in cash or via bank transfer.* In order for this payment option to appear for you, you should have your location updated in your profile. You can verify your location here.
- Mexico: After following the necessary steps to make the purchase, please choose the option "Pay in Cash and other payment methods" and insert your CURP number (if you don ́t know it, you can always find out what it is in this link). Select the bank or commercial entity of your choice in order to generate a proof of purchase and once you have it, please go to the bank or commercial entity to make the payment.
- Colombia: After following the necessary steps to make the purchase, please choose the option "Pay in cash and other payment methods" and insert the CC number. Select the bank or commercial entity of your choice in order to generate a proof of purchase and once you have it, please go to the bank or commercial entity to make the payment.
- Brazil: After following the necessary steps to make the purchase, please choose the option "Pay in Cash and other payment methods" and introduce the CPF/CNPJ number. Select the bank or commercial entity of your choice in order to generate a proof of purchase and once you have it, please go to the bank or commercial entity to make the payment.
Remember that for payments made in cash there is a verification period of up to 3 working days, and for that reason access to the course is not given immediately. Once the transaction has been verified successfully, we will let you know so that you may begin your courses.
If you are located in any of these countries and are having trouble completing your payment, please review the following:
- Receipt expiration date. Remember that you must complete the payment before the date indicated on the receipt sent to your email as the system will not accept payments after the receipt has expired. If this happens, you’ll need to place a new order and generate a new receipt.
- If the receipt cannot be read correctly, please place a new order to generate a new receipt. The old one will be deactivated, don't worry.
*If your shopping cart contains a subscription, you will not be able to select the options to pay in cash or bank transfer, since the subscription requires a means of payment that allows its automatic renewal.
