Cash payments on Domestika's website are available only in Mexico, Colombia and Brazil. If you have chosen to complete your Domestika purchase using cash payment or local methods, we remind you that the payment receipt is not generated by Domestika, but by an external platform. Once you have placed your order, they will send you an email with the order information and the receipt together with the payment instructions.
What should I do if I can't find or have lost my payment receipt?
If you can't find the receipt, check the Spam/Promotions folder in your email inbox. If you find it, you can make the payment without any problem as long as it is still within the expiry date (this information is reported on the receipt).
If you have already checked your spam folder and were not able to find it, don't worry! Just place a new order on Domestika's website and a new payment receipt will be generated. The previous receipt will be automatically deactivated after a few days, as there is no payment registered.
