If you have purchased a course through Domestika's app and it does not appear in your profile, the first thing that we are going to ask you to do is to make sure that you are logging into the same profile that you used to make your purchase, whether that be with your email address, your Facebook profile or your Apple ID. If the course still does not appear, we would need for you to get in contact with us through this link and send us the following information:
- The exact name of the course you purchased.
- Receipt of payment as an image as generated by the App Store or the Google Play Store. (If you do not know how to obtain it, please check out these links depending on the store: App Store, Google Play Store).
If your purchase was made through Google Play, it may take up to 3 days for your order to be reflected, as this is the time the Store gives us to confirm it. If no error has occurred, you will be given access to your course within the next few hours. Otherwise, Google Play will refund you. Once you receive the refund, you can proceed to purchase the course again. If more than 3 days have passed, please send us the receipt so that we can verify it.
