At Domestika, we strive to ensure you have a satisfactory experience with our courses and services. This refund policy outlines the circumstances under which you may request a refund and the procedure to do so.
Please note that our refund policy distinguishes between (i) direct course purchases and (ii) subscriptions to Domestika Plus, free trials, and courses purchased in conjunction with a free trial. Nonetheless, the following conditions apply to both cases:
- Refunds will not be granted to accounts that violate our Terms of Use or that, at Domestika's sole discretion, are considered unacceptable. For instance, refunds will be denied if a substantial portion of the course content has been downloaded or consumed prior to submitting the refund request.
- If Domestika determines that there has been an inappropriate or abusive use of the refund policy, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel your account, as well as to deny or restrict any current or future use of the service, without any obligation to issue a refund.
- To request a refund, please consult the following article: How can I request a refund for my order? Should you experience any difficulties, you may contact our support team using the web form found in our Help Centre.
- If a refund is warranted, it will be applied to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method does not permit refunds (for example, if the card has been deactivated or blocked), Domestika shall have no obligation to process the refund by alternative means.
- If you delete your profile or account, no refund will be processed, even if it would otherwise be applicable.
- At present, we do not offer partial refunds.
- As all purchases are processed in United States dollars (USD), if a refund is authorized, the amount refunded may be slightly higher or lower than the original payment due to fluctuations in the exchange rate between your local currency and USD, or fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
Direct Course Purchases
If you are not satisfied with the content within the first 14 calendar days of purchasing a course, Domestika will refund the full amount and revoke your access to the course. Refunds will not be accepted after this 14-day period.
If you purchased a course using Plus credits, you may exchange it for another course of your choice, but refunds are not permitted.
Domestika Plus Subscription, Free Trials, and Courses Purchased with a Free Trial Offer*
1. No refunds are provided
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Subscriptions to Domestika Plus (including renewals).
-
Free trials of Domestika Plus, once they have ended and the initial charge has been processed.
- Courses purchased as part of an offer associated with a free trial.
In all these cases, payments are non-refundable.
2. Cancellation of Domestika Plus
You may cancel your Domestika Plus subscription at any time through your account. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the period you have already paid for (monthly, annual, etc.). Until then, you will retain access to the subscription benefits.
- If you cancel before the next charge is processed, no additional payment will be made.
- If the charge has already been processed, no refund will be issued.
- Payments for automatic renewals are non-refundable; therefore, it is important to cancel in advance if you do not wish to continue your subscription.
3. Cancellation during the free trial period
If you access Domestika Plus through a free trial, you may cancel at any time before the trial period ends via your account.
- If you cancel before your trial period ends, you will not be charged.
- If you do not cancel before the free trial ends, the first payment for your subscription will be charged, and you will not be eligible for a refund, even if you did not use the subscription benefits.
Purchases Made Through the App
Payments made via iOS and/or Android operating systems are processed through the Apple Store and Google Play. Therefore, due to the restrictions imposed by these stores, you must contact them directly to request a full refund for your course purchase.
Below, we provide the links where you can find all the information needed to submit your request:
If you prefer to exchange your course instead of requesting a refund, you may do so directly in your profile, provided it is within the stipulated period from the date of purchase.
*This policy may change for in-app purchases as these payments are processed by Apple Store/Google Play who have their own policies.

*Right of withdrawal (applicable only to residents of the European Union, the United Kingdom, and other countries where this is established by law)
If you reside in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another country where national consumer protection laws recognize the right of withdrawal, you may cancel your purchase and receive a refund within 14 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract (or within the timeframe stipulated by the applicable regulations in your country of residence), without providing any justification.
This right does not apply if you have started accessing the digital content before the end of this period, as by doing so, you expressly consent to the commencement of the service and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal.
For Domestika Plus subscriptions or registrations for free trials, the legal withdrawal period begins on the first day the subscription or free trial is activated. This means that the withdrawal period commences from the moment you begin your access to Domestika Plus. For example, if you start a 30-day free trial and reside in a country where the law grants a 14-day right of withdrawal, that 14-day period begins on the first day of the free trial. If you do not exercise your right of withdrawal within those 14 days and allow the remainder of the trial period to elapse, you will no longer be eligible to request a refund once the initial charge is applied at the conclusion of the free trial. However, you may cancel the subscription at any time before the trial period concludes to prevent any charges.
